Both days run from 10.30am-7.30pm with non-stop FREE entertainment and attractions.
SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST features The Riviera Fringe FILM FESTIVAL (Torbay Hotel, 12 noon to 5.15pm). A celebration of Independent films from across the South West, and, most importantly Torbay as a location. We’ll be bringing films (some award winners) and film makers to the bay with a fantastic and varied selection for everyone.
SATURDAY 29th AUGUST (Main Stage – Princess Gardens) family fun from 10.30am to include bumper KIDZ TALENT show at 11am endorsed by BASIL BRUSH who is giving away two FREE FAMILY TICKETS to his show at The Princess Theatre on 30th August, plus the lucky winners will also meet Basil himself! From 12 noon until 4pm you can see amazing magic, hilarious comedy, pirates, singers and dancers plus workshops, competitions, stalls, swingboats and much more.
4pm-7pm exciting music from local bands and vocalists sponsored by Music Mill Records plus headline act “LIONSTAR” who are making quite a name for themselves on the national and international circuit!
7pm – Comedy Special features DANNY POSTHILL direct from BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT and the inimitable ARNOLD GUTBUCKET
SUNDAY 30th AUGUST. Enjoy a day of EVERYTHING “WELL BEING” (Torbay Hotel 10.30am to 4.30pm) – includes Health & Beauty, Alternative Therapies, Palmists and Clairvoyants, Children’s Books plus talks and tasters. You can also meet Iron Mike Mitchell (twice Mr Universe) or take part in a dance workshop!
SUNDAY 30th AUGUST – Princess Gardens. The Riviera Fringe teams up with the Babbacombe & St Marychurch Rotary 10.30am-4pm. The Gardens will be filled with FREE family entertainment, stalls, attractions and more …….. TWO MAIN STAGES and something for everyone.
4pm-7pm Music Mill Records bring you a selection of top local bands and musicians including headline act “THE SARAH YEO BAND”
