GLOBAL INTERNET SENSATION
FASCINATING AïDA
BRAND NEW SHOW
THE CHEAP FLIGHTS TOUR
“Hilarious” Telegraph ****
Coming to
The Princess Theatre – 21st October
Still Britain’s best comedy cabaret trio and now a global internet sensation, FASCINATING AïDA have been much invigorated by their SIX MILLION plus You Tube hits on their infamous anthem to budget travel Cheap Flights. And so they are naming their new show after this scurrilous expose of the cheap flights industry. The video has been watch by literally millions of people worldwide, has graced the home- page of a certain Irish discount airline’s website, been tweeted by The Economist as a method of cheering-up the nation and has been described as “very clever and very funny” by the editors at Travel Weekly, the national newspaper of the travel industry.
So …Have your boarding passes ready for inspection, your liquids in a clear plastic bag and your seat in an upright position as your captain Dillie Keane, navigator Adele Anderson and their new flight attendant Sarah-Louise Young welcome you aboard. Yes, , FASCINATING AïDA announce a brand new show which will premiere at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and then tour throughout the UK until November 2011 when it is expected to settle down into a West End venue for Christmas.
Dillie and Adele are thrilled to welcome new member Sarah-Louise Young, whose past solo credits include Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, Vive le Cabaret, Cabaret Whore and Cabaret Whore Encore, to name but a few and have earned her five star reviews, numerous awards and sell out runs.
This brand new show will include several numbers hot off the press plus a few old favourites, including their now infamous anthem to budget travel ‘Cheap Flights’ and ’The Dogging Song’, a fond homage to the joys of al fresco sex described last year by The Times as “…the dirtiest & funniest song of the century so far” The Times****
So, for once in your life you can believe what they say in the Mail …. “See them before you die otherwise your life will have been meaningless” Mail on Sunday.
